Phospho-chromatized and powder polyester powder coated recessed aluminum heat sink with UV stabilized opal polycarbonate diffusing element and stainless steel 316 finishing frame. The polycarbonate diffusing unit is fully visibleand has an even total-emitting surface. 5x 1W white LEDs, or 4 x 3w 3 channel RGB LEDs. CFL version is for 24W TC-L
